Seeking the Father’s Face
Life presents us with many challenges, from the day-to-day issues of decision making, bringing up children or experiencing difficult relationships to coping in hard times, changing jobs or moving house.
When we face these situations we may find ourselves asking: where does God fit into all of this? How do we find out what he wants for us?
At our next Prayer and Praise Evening we’ll be exploring these questions both for ourselves and for Encounter. In other words, we’ll be seeking the Father’s Face, seeking what he wants for us. In addition to our usual time of praise and worship, we’ll hear testimonies from people who have faced some of these challenges and have the opportunity to offer to God our own needs and hopes and those we have for Encounter.

Many are asking, "Who can show us any good?" Let the light of your face shine upon us, O LORD.
